A famous local sake made from Hanafubuki, a rice suitable for sake brewing from Aomori Prefecture.Delicious yet full-bodied, it has a refreshing taste that you won't get tired of drinking.

We also have a wide variety of other products available. From standard drinks to rare limited edition alcoholic beverages, we have a wide variety of drinks that go well with food.

●Fresh!Fresh fish sashimi
Fresh wild fish arrives every day. Delicious seasonal fish is sent to us from all over the country, from Hokkaido to Kyushu. Both assorted and single items are available. A fresh dish to go with Japanese sake will make you feel better!

●Branded meat grilled on a ceramic plate (A5 rank Japanese black beef, Iberico pork plumari broth, Koshu red chicken thigh)
Choose from 3 types of meat, and also choose from the following flavors: soy sauce koji, soy milk butter soy sauce, oroshi ponzu sauce.
