●Kubota Senju

●Special junmai sake rice wine
A famous local sake made from Hanafubuki, a rice suitable for sake brewing from Aomori Prefecture. It's tasty yet full-bodied, and has a refreshing taste that you won't get tired of drinking.

●Sanskrit gold
This famous golden-colored sake is a blend of unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo sake that has been aged at minus 10 degrees Celsius for up to one year, and is heat-treated just before shipping to seal in the deliciousness.Because it is unfiltered, it has a wonderful pale golden color, clear aroma, and refreshing taste.

●Suigei Special Pure Rice Sake
This sake is recommended for those who like clean and dry sake, where you can enjoy a refreshing flavor, a beautiful sparkling mouthfeel, and a sharp, bold flavor. Although it is light, it has breadth, strength, and sharpness, and the refreshing citrus acidity makes it a pure rice sake that can be enjoyed with meals.
