The color is a light amber color, and the subtle sweetness and refined flavor that lingers are definitely the characteristics of sweet potatoes.
The taste is reminiscent of brandy, and the scent of sweet potatoes has grown deeper and more vividly over time.
It has a rich and mellow flavor.

●Kinmine Sakurai 770 yen
This shochu is a high-quality, soft-tasting shochu that is blended with black koji based on white koji.
A cup with no unpleasant tastes and a pure sweet potato flavor, with just the right amount of dryness and a clean aftertaste.

【wheat】
●Cradle 770 yen
It has a rich taste due to hand-made jar preparation, and the mellow taste changes by storing it in jars.
It has a nutty aroma and a calming taste due to aging, making it a satisfying drink.
Yet, this is a high-quality barley shochu with a smooth aftertaste that feels like dry sand absorbing water.
