This year was an auspicious year, the first year of Reiwa.
Reiwa is finally entering its second year.
I am deeply moved when I think that the history of "Reiwa" will continue to accumulate.

Well, the year-end party season has reached its climax, and I think it's about time for things to calm down.
While the year-end parties have calmed down, the New Year's party season has arrived.

This time, we would like to introduce banquet courses that we recommend for special occasions such as New Year's parties with important clients.

~Japanese Kaiseki cuisine using seasonal flavors~

Authentic Japanese kaiseki cuisine including Shiroo pork roast.

All the fish we use are natural (Tsukiji fish market, direct from the farm, direct from the boat).
Gasu shrimp from Fukui straight from the ship is thicker than sweet shrimp, and is a rare shrimp in Tokyo.

The tofu that comes with the appetizer is our proud homemade tofu.
We use [thick soy milk from Iwate].

We are particular about using organic and specially grown vegetables, and we also use vegetables directly from farmers depending on the season.
